CAROLINA SALAS Founder, Certified Tax Preparation Specialist, Licensed Notary Public

Carolina Salas holds a B.A. from Barnard College/Columbia University and is a Certified Tax Preparation Specialist and Licensed Notary Public. While at Barnard College, Ms. Salas became a recipient of the Univision Fund for Women in Media Grant and the Trust Entrepreneurial Grant. She is also a recipient of the Latino Independent Producers Grant and the International Product Marketing & Management Grant. In 2006 Ms. Salas won the Trust Entrepreneurial Business Plan competition, and in 2007 she was a finalist in the Redeemer Business Plan competition. From December 2006 to December 2007 Ms. Salas worked on a Rum Crème Liqueur start-up as co-founder, whereby she gained extensive knowledge on multiple forms of taxation, and the many legitimate tax deductions for startups and small businesses. She is an active member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, New York State Software Association, and the New York Real Estate Investors Association.

JOSEPH ROSSELLO Certified Public Accountant

Joseph Rossello holds a B.A. from Adelphi University and is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Rossello founded JR Financial Services, Inc. shortly after graduating from Adelphi University. Services of JR Financial include business and personal tax preparation, audits, and the preparation of financial statements. The firm also has extensive knowledge and a specialty in construction accounting. Mr. Rossello is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
